The generator above takes one photo of each person and makes a moving hug: the two people turn to each other (or step closer), embrace and hold it, in 5 or 10 seconds. Below: what “free”, “no sign up” and “without watermark” really get you on the AI hug tools people search for, how 11 of them compare on October 27, 2026, and what 1, 5 or 20 hug videos cost.

AI hug video examples
Five hug clips that show the range: a doorway welcome, a quiet indoor hug, a rainy street at night, two older people on a porch and two portraits on a plain backdrop. Watch the moment the faces meet and where the hands land: that is where AI hugs most often go wrong. These are reference examples in their original frames and lengths (two run under 5 seconds); your own video is 9:16 or 16:9, 5 or 10 seconds, and your photos, hug style and model decide how it looks.
A welcome-home hug at the door
In a hallway by the front door, one holds a travel bag while the other is lifted into a full hug; they ease apart and smile at each other.
2:3 · 5 s · Ambient sound
A slow, comforting hug
Already close by a rainy window, one rests their head on the other’s chest while the hug settles; the camera barely moves.
2:3 · 5 s · Quiet room tone
A reunion hug in the rain
A night street with wet lights: the two hold a close embrace in the rain, faces side by side, and share a small smile.
2:3 · 5 s · Rain ambience
Grandparents on the porch
Two older people sit side by side in evening sun, lean in and hold a long cheek-to-shoulder hug; a good test of wrinkles, glasses and hands.
4:3 · 4.3 s · Ambient sound
Two friends, plain backdrop
Two friends side by side against a plain blue wall lean in and hug; by the end one face is half hidden behind the other.
16:9 · 3.8 s · No sound
What “free” means on AI hug generators
Search results promise an AI hug video generator that is free, online, with no sign up and without a watermark. On the pages checked for this article, “free” turned out to mean one of five things:
| What the page says | What you actually get | Example (checked October 27, 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Free daily renders | A few videos a day, usually watermarked | PixelDojo: 3 a day, small watermark, no card |
| Free sign-up credits | A one-time balance; check it covers one whole video | CreateVision and Orylia: 200 credits via Google sign-in, clean downloads; Dreamega: 32 free points vs a 35-point minimum |
| Free to try | Upload and settings are free; the amount of free use is not stated | Pollo AI hug page |
| No sign up | No account, but each video is paid, or the result is a picture | AI Kiss: $2.99 per 5 s hug; Magic Hour: 3 free hug images a day |
| Free evaluation | Watermarked, for testing only until you pay | Protoface: 50 credits, no card |
A quick test before you upload anything private: find the credits for one video, the free credits you will actually get, and whether free results are watermarked. If one of the three is missing from the page, assume the download is where you pay.

| CapCut hug templates | Two photos | Template edit | CapCut account | Varies | Often free templates; see below |
How to read it: if you only want to try one hug for nothing, the sign-up-credit sites (CreateVision, Orylia) are the only rows that combine a free start with a clean file. If you refuse to create an account, AI Kiss is the no-login route, but it is paid. For a 1080p file or a 10-second hug, compare the per-second rates rather than the headline “from” price.
Real hug motion vs CapCut templates and hug pictures
Three different things share the name “AI hug”:
- A generated hug video. The model creates new frames in which both people move, meet and embrace. That is what this page and the generators above make.
- A hug picture. One still image of two people hugging (for example a Polaroid-style “hug your younger self” photo). Some no-sign-up hug tools return this, not a video.
- A template edit. CapCut-style templates place your photos into a ready-made edit. Many only zoom, slide or crossfade between the two stills, so nobody actually moves. Look at the template’s preview: if the people never change pose, it is a slideshow.
If you have a hug picture already, it can be animated with an image-to-video model, but then both faces come from one generated image and may already have drifted from the originals. Starting from two separate photos keeps each person’s own reference.
AI hug video prompt to copy
If you prefer a general image-to-video or reference-to-video model, paste two photos and a timed prompt like this one. It is written for two reference images and a 10-second clip; trim the timings for 5 seconds. The generator on this page already writes its own hug instructions, so you only need this elsewhere.
Use image 1 as person A and image 2 as person B; keep each face, hairstyle, age and outfit exactly as in their own photo. 0–2 s: in a softly lit living room, person A stands on the left and person B on the right, a step apart, both facing each other and smiling. 2–7 s: they step in, wrap their arms around each other's shoulders and upper back, and hold a warm hug with heads side by side, faces turned slightly to the camera. 7–10 s: they ease back a little, still holding each other, and smile at the camera. One steady eye-level medium shot, no cuts or zooms. Natural hands with five fingers, no arms passing through bodies, no kissing, no text or logos.
Name each person by image number, give the hug a time window, keep one camera and say what must not happen. Change the room in the first line.
merged faces, swapped identities, a third person, extra fingers, extra arms, arms passing through bodies, face distortion, flicker, sudden zoom, camera cuts, slideshow transition, text, watermark
Two things fix most failed prompts: say who stands on which side, so the model does not swap them, and keep faces turned slightly toward the camera during the hug, so neither face disappears into a shoulder.
AI hug video cost: 1, 5 or 20 videos
| 模型 | 分辨率 | 5 秒 | 10 秒 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seedance 2.0 Mini | 480p | 7 (≈$0.26) | 13 (≈$0.48) |
| Seedance 2.0 Mini | 720p | 14 (≈$0.52) | 27 (≈$1.00) |
| Seedance 2.0 Pro | 480p | 23 (≈$0.86) | 45 (≈$1.67) |
| Seedance 2.0 Pro | 720p | 48 (≈$1.78) | 96 (≈$3.57) |
| Seedance 2.0 Pro | 1080p | 120 (≈$4.46) | 239 (≈$8.89) |
Dollar figures use the Pro monthly rate ($29 for 780 credits). Model, length and resolution change the price; hug style, frame and sound do not.
- One video for a family gathering: the $5 Trial Pack (24 credits, one-time, no subscription) covers 3 five-second Mini 480p hugs, or one 480p test followed by a 5-second Mini 720p hug (7 + 14 credits).
- Five videos, a couple of retries each: about 15 Mini 720p 5-second runs = 210 credits; the $12 Starter pack has 220.
- Twenty client videos at 1080p: 20 Pro 1080p 5-second hugs = 2400 credits (≈$89.23); add a third for retries, and get written consent from everyone pictured.

Before you upload family photos
- Ask the people in the photos, or their family for someone who has passed away. Share the clip as an imagined AI moment, not as footage of a real meeting.
- Check where photos go. On this site, uploads are stored privately and are shared with the video provider for checks and generation only; nothing is posted publicly. On other tools, look for the retention period and whether uploads train models before you upload.
- Avoid photos of children you do not look after, celebrities and anyone who has not agreed. Some platforms also expect AI-generated content to be labelled when you post it.
- Old photos: use the clearest scan you have and compare any restored version with the original face; heavy sharpening can change a face more than the hug does.
Want a different kind of hug? The zombie AI trend turns two photos into a 15-second zombie love story that ends in a hug, and the Genjutsu editor recasts people in an existing clip from your photos.
